Friday14^th November

Hello boys and girls! How are you?

·         What day is it today? Today is Saturday.

·         What’s the date today? It’s 15^th November, 2014.

·         What’s the weather like? It’s cold and windy!

It’s a good day to stay at home. Are you playing board games, computer games, reading or watching TV?

Yesterday Eva told us what “Little Flame” and she did the previous weekend.

Eva brought a picture. In the picture, Eva and Little Flame are sleeping. Then they have fried eggs and vegetables for lunch. After that, they play chess. Little Flame beat Eva! He was the winner!

Ángela didn’t tell us about her week because she forgot Little Flame at home. It doesn’t matter. Next Friday Ángela is going to bring the dragon and tell us what they did together. This time she is going to tell us more things because she was with Little Flame more time.

We listened to the descriptions of the animals. You describe an animal and we have to guess what animal it is.

Can you guess this animal?

It is very big. It has white fur. It has four big legs, a big body, a small round head, two small ears and a short tail. What animal is it? 2points if you guess and write it on the blog!

We draw the pictures from last week’s blog.

Only the fish, the beetle, the butterfly and the bird. We learnt the words scales, tail, fins, whiskers, wings, beak and feathers.

 WILD ANIMALS

For the moment we are going to stop talking about pets.

After this lesson we can ask and answer these questions.

Do you have any pets?	Yes, I have a dog. / No, I don’t.
What’s its name?	Its name is Max.
Does it have big ears?	No, its ears are small.
Tell me about it.	It’s black and white. It’s very big. It has a short tail.
Where is it now?	It’s in its basket.

We started making our story with Little Flame. This is going to be our project for this term.

 David, Lucía and Raúl  are going to describe the dragon: name, how old, colour, wings etc.

César and Eva are going to tell us what his country is, England, Spain. Where he lives and what he likes doing, hobbies.

Sara and Ángela are going to tell us about his family and his feelings: if he is happy, angry, sad, tired.

Remember we have to draw a picture for the different chapters
